Jesus Son of Mary Academy (JESOMA) celebrated the Festival of Gifts on September 20, 2023, as part of the celebration of World Teachers' Month, in which each teacher with a specific gift showed it through dancing and singing as a way to honor their God-given talents.

Ms. Divina Oliveros, the principal of JESOMA, led the event, emphasizing in her short messages that the goal of this event is to showcase the gift that God has given us and use it to encourage and motivate others and that everyone has their own skill and talent.

In relation to this, Sir. Arnaldo Retiro believes that God's gift may be associated with a person's charisma, which can be a blessing to others.

“Ang bawat tao ay may iba’t ibang paraan para maipakita ang karisma na kaloob sa kanya ng panginoon, hindi lamang ito makikita sa kakayahan at talento ng isang tao kung hindi paano ka maging inspirasyon sa iba” he added.

Some of the events' activities include singing by Ms. Cresly Joy Sumagang, Ms. Kristia Cortado, Ms. Rizzalene Bermido, Mr. Rommel Rodriguez, Mr. Mark Davin Sarmiento, Mrs. Marilou Cabigayan and Ms. Myshell Alinton, with dancing by Ms. April Conde and Sir Jhon Fred Obidos.

After the presentations, the teachers had the opportunity to express appreciation for other God-given charisma to each teacher by giving appreciation messages and placing them in the respective teacher's envelope.
